Fill in the attached form below. Note that a foreign Tax Identification Number (TIN number) must be quoted on the form. You can obtain this number from the tax authorities in your home country.
Send the payment order form (complete with TIN number), together with a copy of your passport to your contact person at the Swedish Environmental Protection Agency.
In addition to your TIN number, the Swedish EPA also requires a "coordination number" (samordningsnummer) before we can pay your fee. We obtain this number from the Swedish Tax Agency by sending them your name and address, together with a copy of your passport. This takes approximately one month. The Tax Agency will also tell us how much income tax to deduct from your fee.
Remuneration for work performed solely in the home country
The above rules and instructions also apply if you have performed all the work in your home country. Note that a foreign Tax Identification Number (TIN number) must be quoted on the form. You can obtain this number from the tax authorities in your home country. You have to pay tax in your own country.
