Final reporting

When the project period is over for your funded project, there are three things you need to do.

  1. By the end of the project period, you must submit a final report for review. Send it to your responsible research secretary.
Here you will find instructions on the design and content of the final report (pdf)
  2. After the disposition period has expired (three months after the end of the project), you make a financial feedback on how the grant has been used.
Here you will find information on how to proceed with the financial feedback (pdf)
  3. Scientific feedback is made for projects applied for in Prisma. Prisma will inform you when it is time and before the end of the disposition period, the scientific feedback must be filled in on the project manager's account in Prisma.
