Administration during the project period

Fund manager is the university or college that manages your granted fund. The project leader is the responsible researcher.

Submit a request for a change of fund manager and project manager in good time. We can not carry out exchanges retroactively.

You use this form to change fund manager if the application has been made in EDA.

Both universities must sign the form before you send it to the Swedish Environmental Protection Agency for processing.

In connection with a change of fund manager, the former fund manager must submit a final financial report and repay any unused funds. Any plus balance will be invoiced.

If a change of project manager is desired, this is discussed with the responsible research secretary for your project, who also handles the change.
